Compactness,
synchronization and
microbiological safety are the three main advantages obtained with this new concept
TRIBLOCK range of machines for the bottling industry.
In fact this system considerably reduces the amount of space necessary to house the
traditional processing lines that link-up several machines together. This also ensures a
better microbiological safety, due to the fact that the bottles are filled and capped just
after rinsing, within the same environment. Since all the machines involved in the process
are driven by a single motor, a perfect synchronization is obtained.
The structure, including the basement of all our machines are made in solid stainless
steel
AISI 304, thus ensuring long life and easier sterilization.
The bottles are safely and smoothly driven through the machine by means of stars and
spiral screws, which are equipped with safety micro switches for avoiding bottle jamming or
breakage.
FRAMAX TRIBLOCKS are available in a whole range of models and, on request, they can be
built especially, according to the specific customer requirements. It is possible to
process all kinds of products, such as mineral water, wine, fruit juices, oils, liqueurs,
etc, etc.
The machines can be supplied complying to the most stringent and updated safety
requirements.
RINSING MACHINE
The rinsing machine is deigned to rinse
with water, mixed solutions or gas.
The height of the turret is electrically adjustable to suit the height of the bottles to
be rinsed.
The bottles are turned up side down to ensure that they retain no liquid.
The time involved in rinsing and dripping can be adjusted to suit the bottles processed.
Clamps built in stainless steel AISI 304 complete with alimentary rubber tampons which are
easy and quick to replace. They are available with single or double opening system, to suit
any type of bottle neck shape.
The Rinser is equipped with an electro valve to stop the flow when the machine stops and a
pressure gauge to stop the machine when the pressure of the fluid is too high or too low.
The spray nozzles are available in the following two options:
A) MOBILE : the nozzle penetrates inside the bottle.
B) FIXED : the bottles position themselves vertically on the nozzle.
FILLING MACHINE
The bottle lifting pistons are
mechanical: the thrust is spring driven, and the reversal relies on a cam movement.
The filling valves can either be gravity fed or work by light or high vacuum (in case of
oils, dense fluids, etc,) , with continuous level adjustment from 0 to 80 mm from the
bottle rim.
These valves ensure an extreme accuracy of the levels to which the bottles must be
filled, they are easy to disassemble and are provided with a device for keeping them open
to facilitate cleaning and sterilization.
The filler's feeding regulation is automatically controlled by a stainless steel throttle
solenoid with modulating motor drive, to avoid hammering.
CAPPING MACHINE
All capping units are built mainly in stainless steel AISI
304. The high quality materials used together with experience and know-how, ensure maximum
efficiency and long life to all components.
There are various types of capping units which can be mounted on the TRIBLOCK, according
to the type of caps used and the production required:
Automatic corking machine for CORK-STOPPERS.
Automatic single head capping machine for fitting
CROWN CAPS.
Automatic rotary capping machine for R.O. & R.O.P.P. caps.
Automatic rotary capping machine for pre-threaded
PLASTIC CAPS.
The structure and design of the FRAMAX TRIBLOCK makes it
possible to tailor each machine according to specific customer requirements.
In fact
the machine can be equipped with various optional and accessories of which we mention
just a few here below:
 | Safety cabin according to E.E.C. safety standards. |
 | Intake pump for the filling machine. |
 | Air evacuation
outside the filling reservoir: for a
better microbiological safety. |
 | Air tight
round filling tank. |
 | Inert gas injector: which enables a precise level of
filling and - the replacement of the air which is present inside the bottle - with any
type of gas (single and double pre-evacuation). |
 | Vacuum corking: which prevents pressure from
building up inside the bottle when the cork is inserted, thereby eliminating overflow and
the partial expulsion of the cork. |
 | Clamp heater: the corking head is heated to 80°C to
sterilize the surfaces that come in contact with the cork. |
 | CO2 dozer: adds a maximum of 1 g. of CO2 per
litre of wine, to increase its sparkliness. |
 | Rinsing machine built completely in stainless steel
AISI 316: in order to bear harsh rinsing solutions such as water and sulphur dioxide (SO2)
solution. |
 | Dosing pump: in order to adjust and maintain the
proportion of SO2 and water in the rinsing solution. |
 | Suction hood: in order to eliminate toxic emissions. |
 | Double treatment on the rinsing machine: so that the
bottles can be treated with two kinds of solutions. |
